Voice Verify
Voice Verify makes secure telephony a reality, by providing a convenient and extremely high level of security for callers who access sensitive materials via the telephone. Telephony applications can be securely accessed with Voice Verify where high security or voice verification is required. The Voice Verify component authenticates users using the unique biometric characteristics of a person's voice, and is therefore exponentially more secure than using touch-tone digit entry for passwords. Voice Verify compares a caller's voice with the stored voiceprint associated with the system user, and once verified, grants authorization to access the desired information.

Staff Time & Billing ConX
This Time & Billing solution allows for remote workers, sales persons and delivery personnel to log in, verify services, manage accounts, and confirm delivery receipts so that accounting and reporting for these processes can be conducted. This component can be integrated into a variety of databases and systems. Voice recognition and Voice Verify are optional add-ons to this application.

Call Capture
Record, monitor, store and archive calls with award-winning Call Capture. This robust application provides a complete solution to ensure all calls are recorded and stored in a compressed format on the server's hard drive. The solution processes conversations unattended, and allows for convenient backup and retrieval of voice recordings. Call Capture includes a feature-rich graphical interface, call rules definition environment, customizable search capabilities, provides real-time agent observation, recording and scoring, variable speed playback with pitch-shifting, advanced reporting options, and archiving application, and many other valuable tools.

Word Verify
Word Verify provides a scalable word spotting solution which enables the extraction of meaningful language from previously untapped assets. This component provides an effective solution to automatically review previously recorded dialogue and deliver flagged results which contain relevant words or phrases. Once Word Verify flags content based on search parameters, the results can be displayed and reviewed with visual cues for the spotted words within a easy-to-use graphical environment.

Conference Services
The ConferenceConX component provides a visual environment to manage all conferencing needs. Fitting any specification, ConferenceConX is ideal for both business and entertainment. Offering on-demand, unattended, or operator-assisted conferencing, this solution may be customized and added to other Voice Self Service solutions, or be used as a stand-alone conference solution. ConferenceConX can accommodate up to 64 participants per conference, and your active conference users are only limited by hardware resources. When combined with Web Conferencing, a visual channel is available to augment audio conferencing.
