UCN’s Carrier Connect™ solution offers cross-connect service between the UCN Intelligent Network and all other carrier networks. Carrier Connect is a solution that enables you to use inContact even if you already have current carrier contracts or are following management direction to use a specific long distance provider.
The cross-connect between UCN and the existing carrier enables UCN to accept re-directed traffic from one or more toll-free numbers. The enhanced inContact voice traffic is then directed to your site over an Intelligent-T.
