February 23, 2004 - Spiral Software, a leader in Physicians scheduling software and VoiceConX, a leader in Voice Services Hosting, today announced an agreement to provide customers with the scalable, interoperable hosted voice service solutions and software they need to provide Professional staff scheduling services.
Spiral Software products enable effective, efficient management of hospital's professional staff time management. By enabling hospital administrative staff the flexibility of scheduling “on call” coverage a year in advice via the web, Spiral software provides this much-needed information available to all service in institutions. The VoiceConX Voice Service Bureau enables Spiral Software users to combine voice services with their current software. The doctors will also be able to better manage their coverage schedule via a voice-enabled portal.
